Account Limitations I don’t have a purchase order receipt

I’ve been trying to transfer my paypal funds to my bank, but my account is limited because I don’t have a purchase receipt from buyer. I don’t have a receipt, the items I sold were a gift. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but haven’t gotten anywhere. Anybody know how I can get my funds and then take my business elsewhere. I used to be a fan of Paypal...but I haven’t gotten any help with this. Items sold over a month ago with positive feedback. I just don’t understand why I can’t do anything.

Same exact thing is happening to me. They want a receipt from an item i've have over ten years. Everytime I call it says it transfers me and then I get a message in spanish that says its closed (thank god my gf speaks spanish). I'll be following this thread.
