My account was limited when i tried to link my PayPal to my older sisters bank account so i could transfer funds. Every time i try to link her bank information to confirm bank, it will not finish authorizing when my sister and I both know the information was correct. Then i was directed to a page where it said i needed to finish providing information such as photo ID etc. I sent them everything they asked for that i could also provide, except for the Utility bill. I am 18 and still live with my mother and do not have any bills or utilities in my name. So how am i supposed to resolve the limitation restrictions and have access to spending MY MONEY when i have tried every readily available route. I've been trying to resolve this issue for weeks now and I'm getting IRRITATED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
