Account Limitations Automatic Replies?!

Hi, I’ve just opened this account and I want to verify it, I’ve put in my email and address etc, and it says I have to now “verify my account using your debit or credit card”. But when I click on that link it just takes me to the payment methods page where my debit card is already on the page. It doesn’t say how I verify this. Clicking on that card does nothing, and the account limitations are still there. I’ve emailed to check what else I needed to do but all I got was an automated message and nothing else?? It’s not helpful, and there’s no direct email for me to ask without getting that same automated message. So What else do I need to do to remove the limitations? Or is there any other way of contacting PayPal?
