Account Limitation

My PayPal account has been limited (not able to send nor receive) since October 27, 2020 and I was sent an email that it will take 180 days before I could be able to access my balance or $649. I was told same thing by one of your customer care when I called that same day. Last month (April 27) made it 180 days and I’m yet to receive any email as to how to access my money. I’ve called several times and I keep getting same response of “Wait”. Wait till when? For how long? This is so frustrating. What is the problem and how do I resolve this? I’ll appreciate a swift response Thank you.
