Account Limitation

After trying to set up a new account PayPal says "Access in your account is limited until you've completed the required tasks and provided the information we've requested. We'll remove the limitation after we've reviewed the information you provide and we'll get back to you in 7 business days".  Provided the required information more than two weeks ago, all of the required tasks are ticked but there has been no response of any kind since then.  Reference ID:PP-009-911-490-016

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
