Hi, I had an issue with my account (limitation) and I did respond. I was to receive feedback on the status of my account within 1 business day and now it has been almost 3 business days and no feedback yet. Kindly assist.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
