Account Limitation

PayPal has instituted a limitation on my account pending verification of my business docs, ID etc. I've sent in everything (which they rejected) and now my account is limited further. The problem is they don't tell you specifically what the problem is, instead they send you a template telling you all possible reasons why it's not accepted. I now want to email all business documents etc to clear any doubt because through the dashboard it only allows 2 pages. Can someone please give me an email address to send info to, this way I can maybe talk to a real person at the other end of the email if there's still a problem? This is so unprofessional on PayPal's part, please help resolve this quickly as a small business like ours really suffers when funds are not cleared. Thanks for any help..

2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
