So my account got a notice LAST WEEK that it was placed under restriction and I needed to verify that I was the account holder. I have had my ID resolved they took the image I uploaded. My issue is, well, there are a few actually - but one is that the Debit card I placed on my account to eventually put money on, has no funds on it currently. They say they want to send a charge to my card in the amount of 1.36 I think? But my bank declines the charge because there is no money on the card. I have in my possession a bank statement that says I am the holder of the card. However I can't get Customer service to even talk to me let alone assist me with finding a solution. I have over 500 dollars in my Paypal I cant use because they don't want to help me. What should I do?
