My account has been limited for nearly 2 years now. I want to be able to verify my account, however in the resolution centre it says I have a reference number and that my submissions are being reviewed. I don't remember sending any information and if so it is has been over 2 years for a response, where it says the process should be completed within 2-3 business days. Does anyone know how I can send another submission? Or restart the process to resolve my limitatation.
