Hi guys,
My paypal is personal account and I've been using ppal since 2014. My account received a limitation yesterday 31st. I'm unable to transfer money to my bank and send/request. I provided the Bank statement cause the only needed verification is PROOF OF IDENTITY which I did upload.
It shows verified but still I cant withdraw and send money.
Tried to switch it to business account and made it worst but still i cant transfer or send. Now, contacting paypal to downgrade my account to a personal and fix my account limitation.
Please help.
