I have had no proper feedback from paypal, and their phones ... they reject the call if you choose any of the options which is really frustrating, Messaging takes ages for them to respond and their response when applied does NOT work... i have a verification issue with the address or so I provided the address needed and the documents they still didnt reactivate it .. only to come to know that uplodaing it thru the proof of address link in the limitation site DOES NOT WORK. and needed to upload using another link.. which i DID and still didnt get approved .. HELP!!!
