Account Limitation

Recently I helping strangers to send money by linking his provided card number. Now my account been limited. And I couldn't resolve the card statement part, as I don't have the card. Please help me. I want my account back 😭

As you broke paypal rules by adding another persons card to your paypal account you may not be able to but only customer services can help you on this one i'm afraid.

I didn't know paypal got such rule....my bad... Do you know what the email of customer service? As I click chat with them not responsive

Contact options for Paypal at the moment are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
