Account Limitation

Hi,

I'm a freelance translator from Myanmar. Thus, I need PayPal for payment transactions. Things went well from the start. However, as PayPal is not available in Myanmar and we cannot legally use it, my account is being limited now. Apparently, I can't provide required information to resolve the limitation. I wanna cash out the rest of my money and close the account, but to no avail. Is there a way out? Or should I lose the rest of my money? Don't know what to do. Looking forward to your help.

So you opened a paypal account against paypal rules for a country that you do not reside in and you want to know why you can't access the funds???

Sadly you won't be able to cash out or use another countries paypal account.
