Account Limitation

Hello, I am a Malaysian user who sadly made my account when I was underage, leading it to be unavailable for me to use and said I can't use it anymore. I did not know about this. Few days ago, I had entered my card and received an email saying my account has been limited. I wanted to make an online shop by using PayPal but it said it's paused saying my PayPal is not complete. I've also did not receive back the money when I entered my card. How can I retrieve my account? I tried calling customer services but due to Covid19, I am not able to get much help. I feel like it would be a waste to make a new account. Thank you

you would never be able to use again an illegally made underage account.

you would have to contact customer services and ask if they will allow you to open a new account.

if they allow you to then they may transfer the funds across for you.

if they say no then now that you are 18 they should hopefully allow you to withdraw any funds in the account.
