My account was temporarily limited a few years back. I got frustrated that I couldn't fix it and gave up. Now there's a couple vendors that I would like to use to save money, but they only use paypal. I sent in all the data needed, but radio silence. I have some updated info with payment stuff, but I can't do anything with the account. Should I just give up and make a new paypal account?
