i have been away from paypal over 5 years , my friend sent me money here and when i logged in i had no notification about these limitation, after recieving the money i choose to transfer it to my card and boom , they need me to add any supporting docs , anyways i added all what they ask and both the money and my docs reviewing is halted somehow , money transaction is halted since 16 sep , and docs from 19sep , am i supposed to wait till i die to get my money ? like really if i knew it would be that bad i wouldn't use paypal at all , please some1 fix that slow action taken not to lose ur members.
