I was informed today that my account is permanently limited. I did not receive any communication prior to this email on this topic and the email suggests that I am committing a crime or engaged in criminal activity, which I am not. I would like to respond in order to refute whatever it is that is being used to support the decision to limit my business account. How can I do this?
