Account Limitation

Our account has been limited but I am unable to confirm our details as we are a non-profit Limited Association but do not have an ABN. To finalise it an ABN is required. At the moment we are unable to access our account and it is very inconvenient as we run a rescue service for beagles and need to have access to our PayPal account. I have contacted PayPal re this problem but as yet noone has responded. It has been well over 2 weeks we have not been able to use our account. Please advise what I can do. Thank you
