I created my paypal account when I was 17 and a half and was limited because I wasn't 18 yet. I am now 19 and want to reopen my account again, but paypal won't let me, and my bank account is stuck associated with this account. When I click into the resolution center, this was the message that I received (pic attached). I also tried to call the paypal customer number but the automated message was not helpful. What can I do to unlink my bank account and solve this issue?
