Paypal sent me a message saying that i have exceeded the transfer limit and need to validate my business. The receiving and sending of funds has been blocked. I have sent the trade licence, lease agreement, a governmental letter validating the business and have not heard from paypal in a month and its affecting my work. Does anyone know how i can resolve this ? I have tried calling and the phone lines are not answered.
