Account Limitation

Hi,

My account has been limited for over 10 months, I've contacted support multiple times with no response or emails whatsoever, when will they or will they ever respond? They give no contact whatsoever.

If it was a permanent limitation then why would they respond?

This is since they said after 180 days they would send me instructions on how to transfer the money in the account elsewhere. They have been holding my money for way over 180 days with no contact. The account limitation was not the issue, sorry I didn't say that in the first message.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
