Account Limitation

I have a notification of account limitation but it does not say what should I provide. When I click on the link and resolve button, it said your limitation is lifted. Then when I go to account overview, the notification showed up again. Reference number: PP-009-130-840-166

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
