Recently my account limitation. I submit my all document . but many days my account are review do not complete review. Paypal asked me Provide purchase receipt from your supplier. But I can't provide this. Because I am a virtual seller.
Now what i can do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
