There is Limitation on my account and I need to transfer money for my application fee before Monday , I have uploaded the documents I need to upload. Could you please help me remove the Limitation so I could go on with the application fee.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
