Account Limitation

Hello, I have been limited for almost a month and never had a reply from PayPal. I think it's frustrating already that I have no control of my PayPal up until now. Tried to contact PayPal already regarding this both email and to the resolution center. Are there anythinge else I can do to remove this one?

Hi @ahmedbrrr,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the limitation is still in place. Have all the steps been completed in the Resolution Center? If any are not yet completed, PayPal would not act on the limitation. If you have completed all the steps and it's been as long as you describe, contacting customer service is the next step.

 

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

 

Email and social media contact options will not yield an immediate response. If time is a factor, calling is the best method of contact.

Yes I've submitted all the neccessary documents the first one they marked it checked which was my identity ID 2nd one is still pending which is my address I've sent my bank statement which perfect matches my address that I've set on mu PayPal account. All I am waiting for is their reponse. I have done contacting them Facebook and Twitter. They're just telling me "Hi Ahmed, thank you for contacting PayPal. I am sorry to hear that the limitation on your account has not been removed. To better assist you, I'll get you through an account specialist. They will reach out to you as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience in the meantime. Meanwhile, if there's any other questions, please feel free to reply here." And nobody has arrived until now.
