Account Limitation

Hi, I been trying to reach PayPal email them my issue with this false limitation and I have yet to hear back from them in months. Is there an email I can message explaining everything? Because when I do call all they tell me is nothing can be done and when I asked to speak with somebody else I wait for an hour and end up with nobody at all. My situation is a bit complicated. I was doing dropshipping for vape products not actual tabbaco on top of that I did not make one sale so nothing coming through my Paypal account was against TOS. I deleted the Paypal link on the website as soon as I saw this was against TOS. An on top of that I did not get one single order doing this. So I deleted the site anyway.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
