I am divorced and no longer have a UK address. I have moved to a France where I have a new account. However no matter how I try and tell PayPal this they do not seem to understand and just keep demanding my address confirmations in Uk. They never ever answer their UK phone number over 100 times I have tried and when I message them I get a new person who never reviews what I have told them. Please how can I get PayPal to listen to me and close my UK account and give me my money which is quite a lot
