Account Limitation

Hello everyone,

 

I'm having a problem with my account. I got a notification saying that my account is limited, I submitted all the required documents and it has been more than a week but nothing has happened yet.

 

So my questions are:

How long does it take to solve the problem?

And Is there any advice on what other things I can do?

Hi tlinh97, 

 

Generally, once you have provided all of the requested information to resolve a limitation you will be updated within 72 hours. I would check on your Resolution centre to ensure that all the steps are showing as completed and that is showing as "being reviewed by PayPal". It may be that you are missing a step or something was not accepted.
