Account Limitation without any answer

My account is limited for more than a month and a half, I have given all the information requested the first week, since I contact the support by phone every week but still under review, finally they ask me to call the US support, after two hours waiting without no operator responds the call cuts, really we are treated like ..., sorry for this word, but why you don't have a direct line or an email to the limitation service, and why they don't contact back people.
