I have had Paypal for many years, I use it to sell personal items. Recently due to an upcoming move I starting selling off some random personal things (like a garage sale). My account has been limited. They sent me an email hinting that I am running a business. I am NOT running a business. I have sold 10 items in the last 90 days. The total is over 3000$ Can. I can't access my own money. I have paid Paypal the fee's for all these transactions and now they lock funds that belong to me?? What on earth is going on? Cheers,
