Account Limitation problem - sent the required document months ago still no update

I need your help please, I cant contact support - messages and calls are automated. I can't do money in and out of my paypal account. How does this issue be resolved? I've uploaded all documents to my profile couple of months ago (since Nov 2020) and they literally hold my account cant do any transactions today. I use Paypal almost daily. Please. HELP. Thank You.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
