Account Limitation by PayPal

I got my PayPal account successfully verified last April 2021 (uploaded proof of address and other IDs and stuff). I've been buying off of eBay using PayPal for years, but few months ago I started buying higher value items so I had to verify my account to increase spending limitation.

All was going smoothly until yesterday (July 2021), when I suddenly got an email saying that my account has been temporarily limited by PayPal and it is asking me to "Describe the products and/or services associated with your PayPal transaction/s." I uploaded pictures of some of my eBay purchases but after a few minutes, PayPal automatically sent me an email again with the same message. I don't know what else I can upload to prove my purchases, even my PayPal logs are mostly just payments to eBay.

Also, PayPal said "We noticed that you are selling items or have content on your website(s) that violate PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy and need you to remove these items or content" but I don't sell anything nor do I have a store in the first place. It is asking me to upload website URL, which I don't have.

Hope someone can help me, thank you.
