Account Limitation but I'm not a Business Account

I'm not a business account and I've told Paypal several times that. I've also answered all the questions to every transaction they asked for (it was a $1 from my own international account) and they've rejected my documents saying it didn't have the information required. My documents have been rejected three times with the same bot response in the message center. It is asking for anti-money laundering papers but I am not a business so I have none of that. How can I get this lifted or talk to someone who won't give me a bot reply? If anything, I just want to remove my bank account and cards and just move on from paypal if they can't lift this account limitation.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I've contacted them over the course of 4 weeks and I always get the same old "I can't do anything because it's an international account but I've made a notation on your account". Customer service on twitter is even worse because I don't even get a response.
