I've had this problem for a while now but still no progress. I've tried several times to contact paypal and I'm now contacting the community.
To keep it short. My account has been limited simply by a typo. My address is correct, name everything except my nationality. I must have selected Sweden, however, too quick and it didn't register. This must be something easy to solve, right?
