Account Limitation and Unable to receive other payments

Tbh, I am quite disappointed with PayPal's customer service. Slow and no response at all. I have been waiting in the message center for the whole afternoon, which kept telling that agent will reposne to me in 1 min but never get back to me!!! My account has been limited for three weeks, and I have submitted all the material. is there any ways that I can speak to a real person who can answer properly.

 

Advise, if you are selling small stuff on eBay, you'd better avoid using PayPal. This will only cause you more headaches.

I'm sorry to hear that the response time for your limitation and for the communication in the Message Center has not been quick. If you have not yet received a response, you may wish to try calling by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us. Calling allows for more immediate conversation.
