I just want to ask for assistance. I've been using Paypal to get my salary from my work as a virtual assistant. I cannot get past the verification for my Paypal account. I'm being asked to submit proof of billing that matches my name on my PayPal account and unfortunately, I don't have any registered under my name. My address on my proof of ID's was registered under my mom's name. How can I complete the verification if I don't have one? Will an authorization letter work? I hope someone can help me.
