Account Limitation - No Longer Able to Use PayPal

My account has been blocked for an unspecified ToS issue. Years ago when I was like 15 years old I made my account a business account for some reason; I didn't know what I was doing. Now I am eternally banned from using PayPal, making a new account with the same phone number, email, or bank info. This is absurd. Can't get on the phone with PayPal, obviously. So am I just supposed to live the rest of my life without the capability to have a PayPal account? What can I do?

Not a lot really, as you made an illegal, financial, underage account then you were banned.

I guess they think if you don't abide by their terms and conditions when you open an account you won't bother to do so after its open.

However normally they do allow you to open a new account once you are 18 but you would not be able to use any of the information linked to that banned account.
