Account Limitation Issue

Hi, I have noticed that my account has been limited and Ive submitted my ID and product information, tracking numbers etc. 

How long will they take to review this information and is there anyway to make this process quicker?

I think they fired all their staffs. I sent 3 messages in 2 weeks, no reply.
