I have confirmed my mail id but still Resolution Center displays following.

pls guide me what i am supposed to do?

I am sorry about your issue. It seems like you have been requested to confirm your email address not to upload a file. I would suggest you add a jpeg/pdf file where you explain that your email address has been confirmed already.
