Hi, I've been trying to resolve the account limitations on my account. Most of the documents requested are just sitting as "Submitted" and have been for about 2 months now. They've also requested a monthly statement for a credit card that I no longer have. I've reached out to them explaining this issue, but they completely ignored the contents of my message and just gave me a boiler plate reply saying I need to submit the monthly statement for that.
Is there any way to actually get real customer service from Paypal?
