Account Limitation - Held for too long

Hello.

Any advise on the situation of our account?

 

Since February this year, our business account was set to "limited" status. We already completed all the requirements. I called their customer service last month, he only said that our account is on queue for review. But until now, no response/update yet. Note that their deadline for the completion of requirements was March 29, 2021. We completed the requirements way earlier the deadline.

Yes, that is what I am planning to do.

I just  posted this here hoping that someone has  experienced a similar case and was resolved. Their inputs will be highly appreciated.
