Account Limitation : Document Review

How long does it take for PayPal to review documents submitted for review? It seems to take so long. Does it help if I call them?

Can be weeks, you can ring for an update but doubt it will hurry them up any unfortunately.

I tried using the call customer service and even entered the one time passcode correctly and then it says that the code isn’t associated with any account which makes no sense at all and all my money on my phone finished from the call. Terrible 😞
