Hello, Paypal Community. I live in Kenya, I was first banned from using my PayPal account for 180 days in September 2019,the account was later permanently limited for another 180 days in March 2020., suddenly now, in September 2020 they again limiting my account for another 180 days. I think this is not right. There's money in my account which I need to use urgently having been tendered jobless by the outbreak of Covid-19. Please help.
