Account Limitation: Been over 3 months still sayes "Submitted for review"

Hello, one of our paypal account got limited after we reported about unknown payments with our credit card to the credit card bank company, so after few weeks we did got part of the money back from the paypal account but the second payment with the highest value didn't got thorough and the account got limited and the transaction got like frozen...

so we changed the password and uploaded photo id as paypal asked but its been already over 3 months and still no response from paypal, still says "Submitted for review" and we still didnt got the money.

what to do to solve these problems?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
