Hello, I sent you more than 10 mails. I can't withdraw my money And I have $ 5.69 in my Paypal account.I sent an ID under 18 years old for my identity to be accidentally and and my account has been banned.I opened this account from turkey and now PayPal is not available in Turkey.I cant resolve account limitation.

Its against paypal rules to open and use another countries paypal account.

You can never verify it or use those funds.

Plus the fact you are underage, well done on breaking so many rules in one go.
