My account has been limited, so i can't send or withdraw money... and when i go to "resolve" i have to provide ID, so i upload my passport but i noticed my DOB was wrong on my profile 28/05/1998 bu my real DOB is 28/05/2000, but apparently I have to be 18... 18 to use PayPal... so i can't even upload my passport because i'm not 18... which means i have to wait another month to use PayPal... please tell me this is a joke...?
If you are under 18 then its no joke and you should not have opened a Paypal account.
As you are underage then you won't be able to verify it and it will stay limited.
And as you have broken Paypal rules then they may not even let you open another account when you are 18 as they don't like folks that don't abide by their policies.
