I got an issue with my account 6 months ago and since then my balance was held for 180 days. Can i please be guided on what happens in this case, how will i know that the 180 days are over, and can i be able to withdraw my balance?

You can try withdrawing your funds. If you can't, call paypal and they can further assist you.
