Hello, I have a paypal account with my mother's credit card on it and one day it just asked me to resolve account issues.
Upload a photo ID: Resolve
Provide info on specific transaction activity: I'm use to livestream on youtube and i got two donations on there.
Provide info on specific same things as that one ^
Upload a bank statement: Submitted
Confirm identity: Completed
Provide proof of fulfillment: submitted
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier: I don't know how i'm suppose to get this since it was a youtube donation i don't know the guy personally.
But yeah i don't know what to do for the "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier" and the "Upload a Photo ID" Of what ? my mom's or mine?
And in the Provide purchase receipt from your supplier it only gives me the option to upload a photo not to explain what it's for so I don't know what to do.
