Account Issue

Hi Everyone, please help.

Paypal asked me to add a business to my personal account, I took their advice now they have limited my account.

I can't buy, can't pay, in fact, I can't even use my money. 

Now I just want my account to be back to a normal personal account, they make it too hard for me. I verified my address and ID, still not enough.
