So apparently PayPal isn't accepting my Identification Documents even though is almost a year now since I've sent them. I just do everything else on a different website/application. Is there anyway I can get my Identification Documents uploaded so that I may have a working PayPal? If there is no way to help, how do I delete an account?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
